Please be advised that the first interim distribution checks dated April 6, 2023 expire on August 4, 2023. If you do not deposit or cash a distribution check you received before August 4, 2023, you will no longer be able to do so. As stated in the letter accompanying the check and in the motion approved by the Court, after this date the check will be null and void and the money will revert to the Receivership to be distributed among all claimants entitled to receive a distribution in the next interim distribution.
